A 2014 study published by WebDAM found that client testimonials had the highest rating (89%) of all types of content marketing. Shortly following, TechValidate published their own study that concluded that 94% of marketing and sales professionals rated customer testimonials as “very effective” or “extremely effective”.  If that data wasn’t enough to convince you, here’s five additional reasons you should showcase client testimonials to attract new prospects.

Struggling with SEO? Testimonials can change that! Consider including testimonials on your website via a testimonials page, home page, and landing page. This has been proven to promote more conversions, but A/B testing should be done to track results. Testimonials are also a great source for blog posts inspiration, which also boosts your SEO!

There’s no better way to make your clients feel appreciated than by asking them to give a testimonial. Testimonials not only attract new clients but build a stronger bond with your business and the person giving the testimonial.
